12 Week Plan - Phase Two
After completing phase 2 you will now be in a much leaner, stronger, fitter position.
Phase 2 splits into two sub groups - further fat loss post phase 1 may still be needed for some or lean bulking is now on the agenda for others! It all depends how you respond and finish phase 1.
Whichever sub group you fall into from phase 1, the overall 24 week journey will change your life for good!
